At Phomvexnssscyxal, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Resoventra. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and obtaining refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product without giving any reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period."
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement. You can do this by:

The withdrawal deadline is met if you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The product must be in its original sealed packaging
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been opened or unsealed
- Products that have been partially or fully consumed
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Products returned after the 14-day return period
Important (sealed goods / hygiene): If the product is sealed and is not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, your right of withdrawal may be lost if the seal is broken after delivery (where applicable under EU consumer rules).
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Step 2: Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
- Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Step 4: Ship the product to the address provided in your return authorization

Please do not send products back without first obtaining return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The following rules apply to return shipping costs:
- Right of Withdrawal: If you are exercising your 14-day right of withdrawal, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect
- Damaged or Incorrect Products: We will cover return shipping costs for products that arrive damaged or if we sent the wrong item
- Defective Products: We will cover return shipping costs for products that are proven to be defective
6. Refunds

- Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
- Bank processing time: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Refund Amount:
- Full product price will be refunded for eligible returns
- For withdrawals, standard delivery costs (if charged) are refundable; any extra costs resulting from choosing a non-standard delivery method are not refundable
- Return shipping costs you paid are not refundable

8. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

- Provide photographs of the damage and packaging
- Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, for verified damaged or defective products.
9. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will:
- Arrange for the correct product to be shipped
- Provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item
- Cover all costs associated with the error
10. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
